Training
Learning and development are essential to the success of people and organisations.
The world is ever changing, and being able to adapt and develop along with it is extremely important. There is always plenty to learn – about yourself, new skills, new knowledge and gaining new experiences.
I believe learning and development opportunities should come in a variety of formats to suit the learner and I deliver online live training, pre-recorded e-learning and “classroom” style face-to-face workshops.
I truly believe the more diverse a person’s knowledge, skills and experience are, the better they are able to cope with what life throws at them.

MBTI
As part of any development activity it can be very useful for an individual to understand their preferences, what they like and why, and also the preferences of others. This helps them to understand why they have an affinity to some people and less so to others. Understanding these nuances can improve collaboration, co-operation and employee experience and engagement.
The MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Indicator) is a tool that can be used with individuals and groups, to identify these preferences and can enhance training and development programmes. I am a qualified MBTI practitioner and can build the use of MBTI into learning and development initiatives as required.
360-Degree assessment and feedback
I am a firm believer in people using their strengths to overcome challenges and develop themselves, and I encourage my clients to identify what their strengths are and how they can use them. This is often done with the help of a 360-degree questionnaire to help the client gather feedback from peers, their team, their manager and customers.
This feedback can help the client to identify their strengths, hone these skills and also choose those they would like to develop. It can be useful for all types of learning and development needs – including coaching, individual and group training.
If you would like to know more about 360-degree assessment, MBTI or discuss your learning, development or training needs in more detail please get in touch.
Training needs analysis
I also carry out detailed training needs analysis for individuals, departments and organisations, making recommendations in line with the organisation’s strategy, vision and goals.
